Honestly, you need a lot of work on fur. I'm a fully believer in good hard critique, I would highly suggest getting some references, tutorials and really working yourself up. That is not fur, it does not look like fur at all. Fur is made with small tiny strokes, do not just use the burn and dodge tool this just looks like a cheap effect.

^^Those are awesome tuts, I used 'em even though I dun have Photoshop, XD.

I like the shine on it but, like Drew said, fur is....fluffier, it needs tiny brush strokes, if you look at many artists on DA they all use 1-3 brush sizes, very tiny but it looks like fur when zoomed out to the actual size.
