Well, when you're born, you have a hole in you skull that eventually fills over. I'm guessing that's a hole that you had when you were born that just hasn't filled over yet. I'm not a doctor and I'm starting to feel strange (I can't think about medical stuff.) so I'm guessing I should stop typing before I have to go to the bathroom to calm down.

EDIT:

I agree with what BaltoTheMagnificent said, if you press to hard on anything it will hurt.

Everyone has a hole at the base of their skull where their spinal cord connects to it. But yeah, if it's anywhere else, then you may want to go to a doctor. Not trying to scare you, but it could be serious.
