I've been thinking about the last bulletin I posted and saw lots of users would have liked a video game. I cant create one since I'm not a computer wizard, but I do have some thoughts about what kind of game I would make:
The main characters to choose from would be Balto (of course!) and Boris. You would switch characters depending if you needed to fly to get the medicine above where balto cant reach. Boris can fly and Balto can walk and run and slash away obsticles if needed. You would have to gather all the bottles of medicine in the level before moving on to the next. For obsticles i would put in breaking ice, boulders to jump over, cliffs, and anything else i could think of to make the game interesting. There's always a battle part like when you need to fight the bad guy so I'd have one level when you fight the bear and one level where you fight Steele for the crate of medicine. Then I would add 3 races: 1) when they see whose the fastest dog so you would have balto race the others and if you win you move on to the next level. 2) when Balto has to beat the avalanche. 3) When Balto has to dodge the ice falling. I'd also make a level that included Balto climbing up the cliff after seeing the White Wolf. There would also be another fun level with Muk and Luk when they race to the water. You'd have to wait for Boris to flag you to go. You'd get the chance to either be Muk or Luk and which ever you choose you'd race against the other.

Phew! I think thats all! What are your thoughts on how a video game would be?

There's already a thread in the Video Games section on ideas for a Balto game. Well, actually on projects for fangames, but there still is one.

Your idea sounds a lot like The Lion King 1 1/2 for GBA.

That's where I got the idea from. I tried to make it interesting though with the fight against Steele and the Bear. And i'm also sorry for I didn't know there was already a game topic. So, sorry!

What I heard was that they were introducing a Balto video game ON THE WII!! My brother read in some video game magazine thingy that they were, and basically, I think you have to go through the game saving people and UNFORTUNATELY it's pretty lame because he's only seen on a side view the whole time. Still, I think it's pretty SWEET!![/i]
