Nightwish for those of you who are not familiar to this band is a heavy metal band from Finland. They were formed in 1996 some of their most popular songs are Nemo, Wish I had an angel, Sleeping Sun and Over the hills and far away. Evanescene as people know is a Alternative Rock band from Little Rock Arkansas. They have a very familiar video called Lithium that is very similar to Nightwishes Nemo video. Since both of these bands have female rock singers who is better Nightwish or Evanescene personally I think Nightwish.

I love Evanescence. Nightwish is prettygood, but I definetly love Evanescence more. :wink:

Evanescence all the way. I like nightwish to but I heard Evanescence long before Nightwish.

Nightwish by so much, for so many reasions. speacking of whitch Nightwish released a new DVD collectors tin of there final memorie together^^

I'd prefer Nightwish than evanessance because they just sound better. (Though Im still pissed off at the band for firing Tarja (the lead singer))

Tough one..I like the voice of Amy Lee better but I only like four songs by her where I have a variety that I like from Nightwish. So, they are mostly even.
