Okay, let's begin this one drawing a picture and NOT coloring it with Pencil
now get your Scanner,Photoshop,the draft and nothing more (just a few patience)
First- Let's get the picture from the Scanner (i am using a HP, so the Scann maybe get diferent)
adjust the Shadow and undertone to "-100", this help the picture get with stronger lines, that make it more visible and easily to edit.
2nd Step - Let's use the Photoshop "Magic wand" to erase some areas that need be white.
3rd Step - make the image white, just with the black lines
4th Step - Draw a line in down of it to the tint dont get out from the draft
5th Step - Let's get the colors (i picked this image from the Avatar Gallery, just to this use, because i dont found any others images with rich colors to use, sorry...)
6th Step - Use the dropper tool to get the picture colors.
7th Step - In my draft, the eye isn't big, so i need to zoom it and use the "brush" tool
8th Step - just fill-in the parts that needs colors.
9th Step - others things can be made to complete the picture (like the ears), finishing color it...
compare the "Computer colored" with the "Pencil colored".
You will see the diference betwen it...
