"Advertising" your rants

Another rant XD

I was just browsing the rants and pages, and I keep seeing this one link to something. I opened it, then I saw it was a rant .__. I mean, if you want people to notice your rants, thats perfectly fine. But don't keep posting and posting links to your rant. That only gets people mad at you, and it's SPAM, which is just a waste of space.

Besides, it's not only our time they waste by doing so: getting people to read and comment your rants doesn't exactly reap huge rewards (if any).
Therefore, I don't see why they even bother advertising their rants.

Exactly! It doesn't matter if your rant has a lot of comments; just that your point is well stated.

i have seen a few times. annoying, yes. with all the people that come to the rant board, i dont even see it nessesary to advertise.

I get what your saying. Just about everyone wants to see a good rant ^^ There is absolutely no need to advertise.

couldn't have said it any better Apri. I have to totally agree with you; spam of any kind is both annoying and deserving of a Canadian beatdown.............even though you can't hurt spam...........you know what, forget that last part of a Canadian beatdown.
