It's not really my dream, but I think it'd be really cool to be a swordsman! I've always wanted to try. Me and my brother fight with our plastic lightsabres, though. I manage to dodge most of his attacks, while he's getting 'pierced' in the stomach .

Ha..ha, now i always spend my time to play...ehm practice with sword. I use Katana or long sword to perfome many warrior style, they good sport for me you know !

And i've been thinking to use double sword but i still afraid for doin'
I only mastered in one single sword It's good to be a swordsman, but remember, be carefull if you using sharp one.

I am a fan of sword fighting. I have two katanas, one bokken, dagger, and one LARP short sword. I would have to say that the LARP sword is my favorite because you could just swing it as hard as you want at someone and it doesn't hurt as bad. Yes they still hurt. The LARP sword is made out of this sturdy foam that is covered in latex making it so hard just to even bend with your hands.

Claymore -> When you guys fight what kind of swords do you use? Do you use the Larp ones or wooden ones? Also how many people normally turn out for the battle?

I dont play with swords, I'd end up cutting myself accidently. Somehow this post reminds me of Star Wars kid off youtube

I prefer shinai more, bokken doesn't suit me

ya I know what you mean Rusty and I were fighting he was using my bokken and I was using a paint rolling stick... and he nailed me hard on the thumb... It hurt so bad... when I looked at it I was bleeding... no wonder Ninja's used it to stun and brake there target's bones...
