Okay... last night, me and my wee sis Flora went over to our friend Rhianna's birthday party/sleep over. We were sleeping in her back garden, in her enourmous tent xD She had invited me, Flora, Katie, Naomi & Charlotte.
Anyway, it was about 1 o'clock in the orning, we were all awake in the tent. When Flora became dead restless, and began saying Katie's name in her sleep. Me and Rhianna were sure she was faking it. She flaied her arms about, as if she was looking for someone. Katie held her hand and whispered, "Yes Flora, I'm here. I'll be here forever" and Flora was like: "You promise...?" and Katie said, "Yes, I promise". And Flora was STILL fast asleep, holding Katie's hand. We were all almost in tears! xD
Flora thwacked poor Naomi in the face about 5 times. And me in the mouth. XD Not nice.
Anyhoo... Flora moved up and down restlessly in her camp-bed, calling for Katie still. We then TALKED to her, and she talked back, in her sleep! We said, "We're n a tent Flora" and she's like, "Camping". It was su sweet! xD We then asked her who was in the tent. She said herself, Katie, and John: Rhianna's dad, even tho he wasn't there. He was fast asleep in the house. We thought she meant some sort of spirit in the tent, because when she said this, she pointed past Naomi, where there was nothing there. And she moved very violently, sticking her hand in the air over and over, her body twitching in a dead weird way. But she usually does that when she's asleep. We were all almost certain she was having a nightmare, and wanted to wake her up. She suddenly sat bolt upright and gasped, with her eyes open. We started talking to her, but she didn't answer, and just lay back down, STILL ASLEEP. Naomi then gave her a tight hug, and she hugged her back, and suddenly woke up. We were scared for her, because she was refusing so violently to wake up, so we all started crying. XDDD Flora was like; "wtf is going on?!" xD And we all hugged her, and told her everything. Rhianna had videoed it on her new awesome mobile
Apparently, Flora was dreaming about being in the tent, with Katie and John; Rhianna's dad. And when she squeezed Katie's hand really tight, she was giving her an Arm-Wrestle, in her dream! This lasted about 1 & a half hours. Serioulsly
But that's not it! When we were all trying to get to sleep, Flora stood up and walked around the whole tent, sitting or lying down, then standing back up and walking again. Her eyes were open and she was blinking, but when we tried to talk to her, she wouldn't answer. Naomi began coughing and wheezing in her sleep, and had an asthma attack! We all desperately tried to wake her up. I stood up and shook Flora's shoulders, but she oushed me off her. We were all shouting, "Naomi! Naomi!" and Flora did aswell! I asked her if she was awake, but she STILL didn't answer, for she was still sleeping. She then woke up, standing up, finding everyone crying and desperately looking for Naomi's inhaler. Rhianna and Charlotte ran to get Rhianna's parents in the house, and I followed after. But we managed to find her inhaler and Naomi was perfectly fine, and we were all much better afterwards, and were all smiling and laughing.
You might be wondering why I'm telling you this. But I'm just curious to kno if anyone else has ever slept in this totaly weird way, or just if they have totally weird sleeping habits! Because Flora's never done anything like that in her sleep before. She's sleep-walked... but nothing like anything I've mentioned above.
Oh, and before people ask, she's 11, two years younger than me.
Comments please. xD

Apparently I occasionally slept walk when I was really young, dunno how much, not to much I think but according to my parents once I went downstairs turned on the TV and went back upstairs to my bed whilst asleep. No annoying sleeping habits now, just takes me awhile to get to sleep -_-
I do remember one really insane night I had with friends once but of course we all knew why, one which I shall keep my lips sealed about
But never had any much weird stuff going on whenever it came to other people asleep around me luckily

I was once on a school trip with my friends. (our dorm was named after the river Stour!)
It was early one morning, and everyone was up except for one girl called Shannon. She was talking in her sleep, and she said:
"Tree, tree, you're so beautiful. Marry me."

I have a Dream Chart, and I was somehow able to locate one on the internet. You see, there are different levels in which one can dream, and thus, different states of mind the person asleep can be in...
I believe your friend was somewhere around C3, or The Causal Realm of Manifestation. Here, the mind is active in BOTH the Subtle (subconscious world) and Gross (physical world) planes.
In the essance, it isn't exactly sleepwalking, but something more along the lines of "Physical Astral Projection". The body is no longer under the control of a conscious (or functional) mind, which can be very dangerous (hence, from what I can gather, is what triggered the asthma attack). Instead, it is controlled by UNconscious mind. So whatever your friend was acting like in her dream, she was also acting in real life.
What she sensed (or manifested) in the Gross world was percieved in her Subtle world. That's why she could hear you -- because you were actually in her dream.
YAY FOR 11th GRADE PSYCHOLOGY!!!! lol. Just ask if you have any more questions.

That's nothing. I would tell about mine, but I'm not going to go there right now. Anyway, I'm 17 and I still sleep-walk on occasion. I've also woke up screaming and I talk almost every night. Apparently I'm capable of holding conversations. I just never remember them. My younger brother does the same thing. I'm not sure why. The doctor said that all of that would stop years ago. He sure knew a lot.

That's never happened to me, although I remember once, I had this dream (more like nightmare) about my sisters, my mom and me going to my grandfather's place, we were on some mountains (he lives in the country) and the road barely fitted for a car, my mom lost control and we fell... before the car hit the ground I woke up and was on the floor. I've had dreams about places that turn out real, my mom told me about that. But, nothing else.

I think I've walked in my sleep before. At least, my mom says I did. I had this dream that I let frogs loose in my room, then I went to my mom and said. "Mom, the frog's behind the bed. I don't know what to do." The she said something that I forget...oh well...
I always talk in my sleep, though. My sister says that sometimes I mumble things, like: We're not allowed to watch this show. Lol, that really happened. I even kind of remember what the dream was about. And that reminds me. Once at a youth retreat for our church, my friend was reading...at one o'clock...with a flashlight. Everyone else was asleep, then suddenly, out of the blue, one of the girls ontop of one of the bunkbeds shoots her hands up and yells someone's name. Then all was silent .
I've also had a dream where my grandma fell down the stairs and hurt herself really bad. Then when I went to school the next day, we were sharing prayer requests, and someone in my class said something that freaked me out. She said that over the weekend, her grandma had fallen down her stairs and had hurt herself really bad. Of course, I was all 'O.o What just happened? Deja vu.'
So those are some of my experiences. I guess I should also mention that it's my brother who sleepwalks.

Woah That's cool!
I once had a dream where me and my friends were singing "Don't Wanna Miss a Thing" together, and then I woke up to find out I had heard it on the radio in my dream. I always leave my radio on when I sleep and that freaked me out a little.
