Just wondering if anyone has ever read this book. I'm half way through reading it and I like it so far. Here's the summary [I took it from the back of the book. It may contain spoilers]:

'He'd never seen it coming. Not even close. It was like something out of a movie-of-the-week. Or a nightmare. But which version of his life was the nightmare, and which was real? Was his formmer life with its lies the nightmare and had he finally woken up? Or was he in the middle of a nightmare now?

It's weird the way life works sometimes. One minute, everything's normal: waking up; going to school; hanging out with fammily and friends. Then - without a hint of warning - change happens. And things go very, very wrong.

Life has just decided to shake things up a bit for Peter Weir. Suddenly, his father is dead, and Peter finds himself on the run. His mission? To find an answer to the question he found tucked away in his father's desk drawer. To discover a truth that has remained hidded from him for far too long.
'

Runnerland's by an author called John Burns. It's the first book I've read by him, and so far, I love it! If you guys have read it, tell me what you think of it.

I've read this book. Not really my type, though. I was never into fantasy-like books. If you don't know what I mean, you'll find out soon. Its the whole reason why the book is called Runnerland. And by the way, Runnerland is John Burns first teen book. As you've probably noticed, he has advanced writing skills.

Lol, I know what you mean by "fantasy". Those parts confused me. I think they still do. I found the ending too...happy for me.

I love those comic and general stories books that remind me of something which is not true or going to never happened in real life though. So refer to online articles like https://www.sproutwired.com/is-it-neces ... -students/ where you can get your patriotism education in children or any students which is more necessary.
