I am scared of chain letters and if I read just 1 I can't sleep right. I think they are real. What do you think?

No, their not real. Their something that is wrote by a person.

"If you read this, you will die in the next hour."

See? That was just wrote by me, and what powers would I have to make that real? The chain letters were just wrote by a person, who has no powers to make it real. It's just to scare people.

I read many chain letters, and nothing happened to me.
I even did a few chain letters because I was bored. Nothing good happened, nothing.

It's fake.

They're as real as the million dollar checks I receive every Friday...

There's no way that they are real. People just send them just to take up the space in your mail box.

A ghost of a murdered cheerleader killed me last month. They're real alright.

They aren't real. But sometimes they are fun to send as long as you know the person you are sending it to doesn't mind forwards. XD

But it's crazy to believe anything you read on a chain e-mail.

I've seen those chain letter thingamabobs on YouTube. They aren't real. I once read one that said I would die the next time I looked in a mirror. I looked in the mirror. Nothing happened.

Friends sent me those all the time, like: "You'll find your true lover if you send this message to everyone in your Y!M friends list", pathetic. Do you know what I think? They must have been out of things to say, I'm not a superstitious kind of guy so it doesn't have any effects on me. Chain letter = spam

Yeah, they are actually. Last week I recieved one that said "if you don't send this to 400 people in the next 5 seconds then you're phone will ring and you'll be murdered." Well, turns out I had more then 400 people and I just couldn't decide who to send it to, so I didn't send it to anyone. The next morning, I woke up dead.

You better listen to that e-mail and fast!

lol

I have gotten so many chain letters (mostly on myspace) telling me that if I don't repost them something bad happens (like say I die in 2 days if I don't repost it)...but, 2 days pass...and nothing happens.

Don't worry about it
