Hank the Cowdog series

Who else has read and loved this series?

When I was in 5th grade, I used to check out one of these and finish 1 every other week. I only read about 8 or 9 of them though. John R. Ericson's creativity and sense of humor adds a lot to it. A good adventure story, even if it's not very deep, is always great.

I always loved how Hank thought he knew what he was doing and always ended up lost in the woods or getting stung by a bee or something

HAHAHA! I remember these books from when I was a kid!

It's been forever since I've read - or even picked one up - though. XD But I do remember I really liked them.

XD Yeah, these books were totally awesome. I really liked how it was narrated like there actually was a talking dog sitting right in front of you. XD Drover was soo funny, and Hank just needed to lighten up, I loved all them.

Hank = Love. I still have more than half of the series. I still read them today. ;D I read the books in less than two hours... so yeah. I read them when I get bored. My old English teacher didn't allow me to read them because they weren't "challenging" enough for me. Pfft. Only those who read these books KNOW what its all about. ;D

I even made a Hank figure in Art class in the sixth grade with my friend Jade. She made Drover... XD My favorite character is Missy Coyote, and people started to call me that because I was obsessed with Hank the Cowdog. I haven't read one in awhile, I probably should! I love all the books. :] They rawk.

Once again, Hank = Love.

I remember once he swallowed a fish hook and they made him drink soap or something.
