Hey guys well my 360 has finally died... To tell you the truth I am atually one of the lucky ones I have had it for over a year without any problems. Luckly my 360 is still in Warrenty and is going to be sent in for repair. It stinks though is that I don't have anything to do know. I can't play in the Halo 3 Beta or Gears of War. For those that have gone though this already what would you do to pass the time until my 360 returns from it's death bed?

Mine died..but it got fixed within a week...It's not the consoles fault really.and its rare now. Did you have a first edition?

Also..buy some dvd's and go out for long drives...find friends to just go chilling with...like i did today.

I do not own a 360, but if I had a broken one, I'd just open it up and fix it myself using a tutorial. I've read somewhere that it's possible to fix it yourself.

well it depends if you consider a 360 from Febuary of 06 to be first edition then yes like I said I was lucky to have it last that long. Also if I tried to fix it myself I would probobly make it worse sense I have no idea what the heck I'm doing. + like Jack said it's not fun to void the warrenty... just wondering do you need the recipt? I hope not becuse I lost it a long time ago. I couldn't understand the support rep. So I don't know if he said that I needed it or not.

I got my 360 half a year ago and it seems fine...so far

Mine just died again...Ok I was told not to plug them into surge protectors or power strips. It has to be plugged all the way into the wall, straight up. And Well needless to say mine was plugged into a power strip during a thunderstorm and i think it got hit. They are sending me a box because I was under Warranty. As long as you are under warranty you are fine..if not buy a warranty.

But it's no biggie, my brother is home with his 360 so I still have one. Also when you send it out make sure you keep your hard-drive and that any games are out.

Well I just sent out the box today. How long does it normally take to get back? I kinda need it back by July first. (2 week camp up north)

listen to you people and your expensive 360s which break. i have a game cube and its just fine with its crappy graphics an everything. booo hooo your xbox broke go buy another one you rich......... umm yeah you get the idea.

i wish i had one. oh well.

....It's called a job. It wont make you rich but ya know...could buy stuff with it....

Also...my uncle can talk to some microsoft reps. (Guess it was goodi went to my little cousins birthday afterall) So if i dont get mine within the week...I'm getting free stuff out of this.

yeah but still i dont have money to be spending on video games, oh and thats cool you get free stuff.
