An 11-year old boy shot this gigantic wild hog. :shock:

I saw that on the news this evening...crazy stuff.

I mean wild boars are big in their own rght but man...this is something else.

Anyone remember the Giant Grizzly Bear from from a few years back? 20 something foot tall?

The kid is getting attention for killing a creature, he should not have ha dthe gun, this kid should be in trouble not in the spotlight and so should his parents.

Iagree with Roxas. Its illegal or an eleven year old to have a gun. At most he should have a paintball gun like me. I have my doubts its not that big. Why? Well there was the other supposed myth of "Hogzilla" When they really just stretched the animal in the picture. When they go measure it again it's probably gonna be something big but still not what they say.

Hogzilla was the same size and when they measured the carcass again. Oh would you look at that its only 4"6".

I must point out that it is not illegal for a US citizen of any age to own a gun. Just recently on the news they had someone getting their 10 month of child a gun license. All part of our loop-hole consitution. T_T So there is no reason for the kid to get into trouble as long as he had a license to shoot a gun.

Though I do agree that it is wrong for him to get media attention for killing another living thing. It is wrong to shoot another living thing. But that is just my personal views.

I don't think the kid shot it. I think the father shot it and let his son who tagged along, get the credit, cause the dad is nice like that. I can't imagine an 11-year old having enough muscle control to shoot a .50 caliber gun (.50 Cal is a size that the military uses). Something that big has a lot of kick. The recoil would knock the kid over.

You know you can do effects like that to make the pig look bigger then what it really was. But i dont know maby it really is that big i never seen one so large like that. Makes me wonder if they inlarged the pig on the photo.
