First of let me say that I do like your graphix. I think your style is pretty nifty and not many people do them like you do. But at the same time, don't be afraid to experiment! =D It's half the fun.
For your graphix you use from two to three pictures I have noticed with some having a few picas of space between the pictures and some with the pictures touching. Try laying pictures on one another and making one transparent. It makes a pretty cool effect.

See. It can be pretty nifty. ;D
Another thing is it's okay to bounce off ideas from one another - expecially your friends! Heck, Maya and I do it all the time. ;D And at least four people have done the "Moo with me" type thing with Aleu howling.

Bouncing off ideas from people is a fun way to get over not knowing what to put on a graphix.
That's all I can really think of for now. But if I can think of anything else that will help you, I shall be sure to tell you! ;] Just keep practicing and have fun while you make them!
One last thing, though (xD): What program is it you use to make your graphix?
