...and where you'd rather be.

I'm a little bored with my surroundings at the moment, it's all hustle and bustle with nowhere to go. No good record stores, no interesting little shops or areas and all these hundreds of things that don't interest me in the slightest. I'd much rather live out in the country like I used to, or go to another country and learn about a different culture. Or go to a different climate, somewhere colder.

But for now I am stuck where I am.

Does your surroundings get you down, or are you interested in going somewhere else, to live or to stay for a few weeks?

I'd rather be back with my mom by the New Hampshire beach where its quiet and mellow

I live in a city called Newark I'm not telling where or what state though I hate it there's alot of killings around here and get this they have "Mafia Day." Which allows the gangs to come out and do whatever they please :? They allow them to kill and get away with it on that day also motorcycles come down the street and always speed up right there at my apartment and they won't put a speed bump on the road to slow them down either

They like to race by in cars and motorcycles other's block people's driveways' and double park without caring when our street in a narrow one way street and the police never do anything because right across the street there's a bar or something like that and everyone gets drunk and most of those people are friends witht he police officers or people linger across the street trying to make it look like their walking faster but there not

I mean seriously if someone's chasing you with a knife! You're deffinatly not going to do that I'm walking slow but it looks fast! Walk

I pretty much live with my best friend because she lives in a mellow area and we get along like sisters so most every weekend I'm at her house so yes where I live depresses me

Ugh, I hate the area my mum lives in. I liked the village where my dad lives but... I don't know.. I like some of the people in my area but I'd like to get out of this area some day... go somewhere different.

This is an interesting topic. :]

I would rather be somewhere larger than where I live (a town of about 2,500 people). This town is Strict-Gossip and frankly, gossip is never true. For example of the gossip: I (rather than my sister) am the one who's pregnant; my best friend's (who is 3 months pregnant) baby's father is black, when he's Mexican; I have head-lice; my house doesn't have floors. I'm sure you all get the point. XD

But my problem with moving to a bigger area is that I'm afraid of large groups of people (over 5 people together). This is because when I was ten, I got lost at the "Newport Hill Climb" (an antique car show/contest and flea market) and was around like, thousands of people at one time. I couldn't really take much, because the only families I knew there were m own and my cousins'. So, I was pretty freaked out and went back to the car, where I was found about an hour later.

So, I don't know where I'd go. Somewhere decently warm to allow swimming in the summer, but with cold winters so I can snuggle in warmth with my family.

Honestly, I'd say Detroit, where my fiancee wants to move, but I'm also thinking of Arizona as a "back-up plan".

As of right now, I live somewhat in the woods outside of the "city". We moved here a little more than a year ago, and I love it. We can do whatever we want whenever we want. You can't beat going ATVing in the snow at 3:00 A.M. Before, we lived in a development, and it was lousy. We had so many rules to follow it wasn't even funny. There also is a lot more room for my dogs. They love to run around in the backyard.
