NO! PhotoShop is a program used by proffesionals, even some serious hobbyists. PhotoShop is the real deal and is worth all you pay for it. If you don't want to use PhotoShop, Pain Shop Pro has alot of features like PhotoShop. Infact, I have both, and I prefer Paint Shop over PhotoShop.
I bought PhotoShop 8 when it was pretty new, and was on sale for about 90 bucks. If you want, PhotoShop 8 probably costs half of that today, and you could maybe get it somewhere.
Secondly, have you ever stopped to think where these programs come from?
Do you think they magically appear? Programmers spend time and effort to make quality, bug-free programs for you. And you're going to pay them what, $20? Heck no.
Lastly, this absolutely DOES NOT qualify as a rant. It has no assertion; just a question. It has no evidence. And for GOD'S SAKE, IT'S THREE SENTENCES LONG! Besides, this is a board where the MODS can actually help you with something. *Hint hint, wink wink, look at the board description.*
Unless you want the mods to give you bootleg copies of PhotoShop, (which they will never probably do anyways
) go to the other board and complain the crap out of yourself.
