So you want to make drawings look real? I will add links soon.

These tips come from the book I own.
You can find this book in a places that sell books. I got mine for(US 15.00$
If you live in Canada it will cost you 23.99$ and the UK its 9.99$ It list on the back of the book.

Okay, Lets get started.

USEING THE RIGHT TOOLS

1)Okay, first of all you need papper such as,(Bristal.)
2)I would suggest you not to use mechanical pencils cause, the lead breaks to easy. So I would use a normal wood penicl with 2B lead.
3) To make things look more blended get a piece of paper and roll it up into a cone and blend shadded parts with that insted of your
4) If you have a kneaded eraser you can get cool effects with it. really good for makeing realistic looking fur. if you don't have this type of eraser you can use a pink eraser.

SHADEING

Never use the tip of your penicl to shade. For this makes it look sloppy.
ALLWAYS use the side of your penicl. To shade, shade up and down. Never acrost.

HAIR AND FUR.

Never just draw lines and call it fur, this just is careless.
at about a 45 D. storke quick lines in the same direction and over lap a bit. the lines that ar lighter, take an eraser and with the tip of it erase. this will make it look like it has layers and soft.
