It looks nice. Although I have a thing about the bubbles. The dark spot on the bubbles seems in consistent with the lighting and makes them look like eyeballs. When I mean consistent, I mean that light travels in one direction, unless if you have multiple light sources.
The rest looks cool though.

Nah not stupid at all. You're just experimenting. At least you don't draw simple white circles for bubbles. You're aware that bubbles have shading.

I like that picture very much, if you are exepting crits, here is one from me, when making the neck, strech it out just a bit longer, it looks like the wolf has no neck, but don't give up, that picture is really good! You are really great at drawing, keep it up. I think that you will be a famouse artist one day! (Like Silver Deni, Drew all those people I admire xD)
