Often, people find some bugs on the site. When this happens, some of them send me a message, which is the right thing to do.

Although...most of the time, they just say :

"I tried doing this, and it just won't let me! Please correct this!"

How am I supposed to correct something if you can't be more precise??

"It won't let me" doesn't give ANY information on what the problem is.
Give the exact errors, describe which buttons you clicked on, on which page it occured exactly...
I can't GUESS what the problems are!

Yes some people write anything without thinking. This must drive you crazy, well I know it would do that to me. If you have a problem you need to explain what it is if you want to have an way of solving it. I guess you must get a lot of these...how are you meant to fix the problem without knowing what the problem actually is? Some people need to think before they speak... or write I guess.

I hope I dont do this; I try not too. I understand you cannot guess what the problem is. I try to tell you what happens exactly. I dont mean too, and I am sure other people dont even THINK of this - and I doubt they care. Most of them probably expect it to be fixed right away, and get impatient when its not fixed - but yeah, you can't exactly fix something if you dont know whats broken.

I dont recall sending you a message without explaining what was wrong. I just guess some people want the problem solved and solved right away. They dont even bother to read over what they typed...they see that submit button and just push right away.
I dont really think there is anyway to solve the problem. I think all we can do is ask for people to state what the problem is. But you know theres these people you know out there that dont listen to much higher advanced people

I think people just dont care to take time to read. Seriously. Not exactly pertaining to like this particular issue. But ALL over the site and forums. Its annoying.

Yeah, it annoys me as well... Though I'd just send a reply saying:

"Good [time of the day], <name>. I recieved your <issue here> message, but you have not described the problem detailed enough for me/us to support you. Could I ask you to be more specific?

Best regards,
<admin name>"

In fact, it's more the sentence they use that make me... "It won't let me"

Yah, it's annoying when they come on the SB too, one minute it's a friendly chat and everyone's happy then someone comes on and says "OMG I just tried to do something and it would'nt let me so I PMed Steet", First off, Why do we need to know something they did did'nt work properly? Secondly, why did they bother saying it did'nt work? It's not like that's gonna magically tell Steet what the problem is and he can correct it and lastly, most of the time they just clicked the wrong button!! It's not a glitch at all, they just messed up!!!
It's annoying when they do that....I can't imagine how annoying it must be to get multiple messages saying there's a problem but no one telling you what it actually is.

honestly,it must be SO annoying...and do people think this is a magic site when somethings wrong steet will magicly correct it?i mean come on people!what would YOU do if you were the web master?fix it strait away?come on be patinent!it won't kill you being off for a day or two!
