Well, I really like dogs, but I like cats as well. They are both wonderful creatures. I've owned a dog and a cat before, so I know what they're like. They have their differences, but are unique that way. I voted both on the poll.

Dogs all the way for me. I strongly dislike cats. I was slashed by my aunt's again a few weeks ago. It bled for ages and looked awful..

I also find dogs more useful animals. Cats just lounge around whereas dogs will go out for walks with you. Dogs can be trained as guide dogs or police dogs. I've never heard of a Police Cat. -.-

Then your aunt has to take her cat to a vet. If a cat slash bleeds for longer than 24 hours, maximum 30, it means the cat is suffering from a (can't remember the name) disease. Something that leaves bacteria on the claws that slows down the scar-creation process...

Cats are very nice animals, but they have a stronger will than most dogs. Which, sadly, makes fewer and fewer people enjoy their presence.
Me, on the other hand, never had trouble with any cats at all. My little princess is always a nice cat. Though she slashes, but heck; no pain, no game, right?

But yeah, getting slashed often without being used to it turns most people off them. I can fully understand why you dislike cats ^^

I voted both

I think dogs and cats are equal. Why would a cat be better than a dog? Or a dog better than a cat? Animals are humans just furrier and cuter its racism if you say that a portugese person is better than a scottish person so I consider if you say that a dog or a cat is better than the other species racism

There is no way I could choose between a dog or a cat. I have to say both.

Growing up, I had both cats and dogs. Our family never had one without the other; we always had dogs and cats at the same time. Also, we had at least 2 cats and dogs in the house, no matter where we lived, or what period of time it was. We were a whole house of animal lovers! :)
