Iwas just thinking maybe the mods could delete a topic that was closed. Just so it wouldn't take up as much room y'know. Even though I do love to go around and veiw closed topics to see what reason it was they were closed. But still don't you think we should delete the topics so the fourm isn't so crowded?

I think a while ago this was something we talked about. (Not the deleting of one's topic, but the deleting of locked topics in general). Steet had said something about how not all topics that are locked are bad in a since, but they have surved their purpose and no longer needed to be open as they would just collect spam. ;]

Agreed; locked topics aren't always locked because they are bad. But perhaps locked because they have served their purpoe. Many of these topics can be useful to anyone here, such as to not make the same mistake, or learn something new. I dont think it kills the forum to have locked topics in it. ;]

In fact, if I said to lock instead of deleting, this is so that the original author of the topic don't make another similar one, because he thought the first one disappeared. They wouldn't understand why the topics they made are disappearing. (we can see this happening in the questions section...)

Oh I see why we don't delete but what if there's too many of one topic anyways like those Ginga Densetsu Weed topics shouldn't we delete some??

If it's old, yes, it can be deleted...
