Sorry, but there are other sites for that, this is BaltoSource, to talk about Balto, and mainly Balto, there are only a few other acceptions (like Lion King, only because it is the LKS forums as well) and things like 'Other' which most forums have. I would hate this site to become to much for something else, it should stay Balto, and nothing else. Thats why I come here, to discuss Balto and only Balto.

No offence but I'm getting kinda sick and tired of hearing about Ginga Densetsu Weed, there've been tons of topics in Animation about that show already.
If you want a GDW board then use FreeWebs or InvisionFree and make a GDW forum.
I seriously can't see Steet liking the idea of having a board about a random animated series on here either, we have Balto sections coz this is "Balto" Source and a TLK section coz of TLK source....I don't remember seeing a GDW Source around here.
