Uh....I would've thought that was obvious, his name is the only one that appears in orange and since orange means the admin then there's only one answer, Steet, plus his name is all over the site, makes sense seeing it's his.
Useless topic (should've been put in the questions section of the main site) and it's been answered anyway.
