Im curious, how is a fanart chosen?
Is it purely by what the moderators like?
Something new and creative?

I asked the same question. I was told that the fanart mods just randomly pick a "new" fanart that had been submitted during that week. But that can't be true because last weeks' fanart was an old pic from Khavie's gallery. I think the mods just pick random fanarts from someone's gallery.

The Fan Art moderators used to choose.
I always thought they choose the best drawings.. of course Balto about. I've seen twice non Balto stuff( meaning, fursonas?)
