Would you rather be a dog and have a loving family? or a wild, untamed spirit of the wolf? I would honestly be a wolf but that's my chose.

Probely a dog. A wolves life seems to risky. To many hunters want to kill them. So yea a dog.

Agreed. Though, it would be nice to be free like a wolf.

I think its better to live with a loveing family then worry about getting killed by hunters.

Dog would be more safe to be, wouldn't need to worry about not having enough food or trying to hunt food down and riskying an injury something like that also the hunter part if it was to be wolf.

Depends if you were a wolf who say lived in Yellowstone where they are protected (as long as they stay in that area) I'd be wolf but if you lived some where, where people went hunting and killed wolves then I'd be a dog.

I would be a wolf because I would want to be with a loving pack who understands me. Not a loving human family that doesn't.

I would definitely be a wolf. I think that safety of a dog and wolf are equal, I might even go so far as to say wolves are safer.

If you were a dog, there's no knowing what could happen. You accidentally eat chocolate, your owner abuses you, or you go outside at night and come upon a coyote. True, your family would take care of you, but your own kind are more reliable.

If you were a wolf, you would probably travel in a pack, and all be family. The alpha members are your parents or grandparents; there's a bond between you, from birth. There's strength in numbers. You'll always have a companion for protection unless you are the "babysitter" of the pack. You can move freely, with large expanses of territory, hunt caribou, elk, deer when you decide to.

Besides safety, being a wolf is far mor exciting, enticing, and rewarding than being a lowly dog! You run wild, play constantly, I mean, you can do anything with only your dad or grandfather as the boss of you. Imagine devery day, waking up in a den, ready for a new adventure! Waking up to the smell of pine!

So yes, definitely.

Never heard a dog howl. The closest thing was like a cross between yipping and whining.

Wolves don't bark like dogs. So I wish all dogs were wolves : D.

My dog howls. When ever I take the other dog for a walk he howls. And it ish annoying

This is a tricky one, because both sides have a lot of valid points in their favor. Sometimes I want to be a wolf so I could get out from under all the red tape that's everywhere these days, but then I realize that a lot of rules are there for our own good. It's like the kid who didn't want to have to wear shoes. He begged and pleaded to go barefoot, and when he finally got his way he ended up stepping on broken glass. As for the dog side of things, I tend to have mixed feelings about the whole "loving family" thing. My big brother is a big pain in the neck sometimes , and my dad doesn't care much what I or my brothers do as long as it doesn't annoy him, but I don't think I could do without my mom. So family is really important to me. I guess being a wolf would suit me, but mostly because wolves come in packs.
