I don't really get this 'suggestion'. You could simply go into the FAN ART section, and maybe look/post something thee. And its not the program that makes good art - its the PERSON. ;]

Ok, Clark, you ready for it? I made it just for you! And you've just used it for this topic. Use the forums to share programs, because a dedicated section shouldn't be used for something as irrelevant as program-sharing.

Second off, if a newbie tried looking for the programs, they would find it very easily. There are free trials of Fireworks, MS Paint comes on the computer if not a Mac, trials of Adobe Photoshop, and Paint Shop Pro. If the "newbies" were serious they would buy the program, which again are very easy to find.

Third off, if you mean sending files to each other, that's too complex, encumbering, and useless for Balto Source. Besides, you can't just copy a file and send it. Without the installation program it cannot work, and sending files like that, well, I just don't know exactly if that's legal (it might be, I'm not sure).

Lastly, the skill comes not from the quality of the program but from the user of the program. I've seen some ok drawings in Paint, which is hard to work with (I think, compared to PSP8).

Arrgh, if my internet hadn't failed I would've clicked the post button and posted firsted maya!!
