I'd would of never guessed that I'd be the one to start this...

Anyways, anyone looking forward to these two games for the Nintendo DS?
I am. They have a good concept, though repetitive amongst the games, and I've never gotten board of them. Why should I stop playing something I enjoy playing even at my age?

Enough about me. Go on, tell me what you think about the games. You may also ask me questions; I'll try to answer them.

I'm getting Diamond.

Too many pokemon now. I kinda lost care to play them.

Some of the new ones dont look right to me...like Driftblim...
But I will be getting the Diamond version when this comes out. Im pretty excited.

Yeah, I agree with the too many. I liked it better when it was 150. The new ones aren't as fun as the red or blue versions.

Yeah, I really wish they'd do something like this with the original 151. I need to steal my DS back from a friend. O.o

yeah! new games! i can't wait for the new games to come out! i ahve a ton already, all the first games, gold, all the third versions, leafgreen and firered and now two more to collect!
i don't know which one i want but i am definately getting one!

I've lost interest in them a long time ago. They are so boring, they just make me want to kill the maker! *Laughs* Just Kidding! But they just bore me to no end!

I know these two games are WiFi Compatible, so let's say if I get Diamond, and you get Pearl, will we still be able to play together?

I have Diamond in pre-order so that's what I'm getting. I accidentally left it out of my first post but it's there now as of yesterday.

It's Pokemon. So being Pokemon the two versions are compatible with each other local wireless and WiFi. The two games are different in ways that you expected from seeing the other generations before it.

I'm not too sure what limited on WiFi, but the multiplayer modes are:
--Union Room* : Chat battle and trade with other. (Believe up to 8 players and local wireless only)

--Trade and Battle* (This specific mode is local wireless only. Would guess 2 and 4 players)

--Global Trade Center* ** (WiFi only. Not directly interacting others but still able to trade Pokemon with others around the world)

--World Battle Center* ** (WiFi only. Think it's 2 players at a time in either 1vs1 or 2vs2 battles)

--Underground and Capture the Flag* (Local only)


There's more but I don't know... There's an 8 player bracket tournament mode, but I think that's tied with Union Room.

Nice. ^^ If that's the case, I'm taking Pearl. But I've totally lost my edge on this game, so all the while, I'm gonn be thinking to myself..."Is this Pokémon any good?" XDDD

You know, niether am I...I sorta lost interest in this after the 4th grade. But I guess I just need to try something new. LoL. I don't even know the total number of Pokémon anymore.

Plus...I HAVE TO find something I can finally beat Rusty at. XDDDD

This time I won't have like a year of practice or so under my belt like in the other games. It shouldn't be too one-sided... especially if you end up getting it on day one like I am thanks to the pre-order.

Oh and the current number of Pokemon is... 493. Ung... lots of catching. BTW, all of them will count towards the Pokedex in Diamond and Preal... but 48 of them will need to come from Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed and LeafGreen (The three starters and legendaries from Hoenn [Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald], Kanto [Fire Red, Leaf Green] and Johto [Use Emerald].

Oh, did I mention that once you meet the requirements you could transfer Pokemon from any GBA Pokemon Game to Diamond and Pearl?

Rusty, if you wanted to, you could talk me into buying the Care Bears game, you know that? XD
