Steet has said this like a million times already!  They aren't people, they're robots that are programmed to post certain websites continuously so that they get good ratings on a search engine.

There are a lot of actual members who post spam, actually. It is rather annoying. >.> It's mainly the question section that gets spammed with bots.

It isn't always the people's fault. Steet has said there have been bots coming on to post stuff like this. My advice, ignore them. This site isn't perfect.

Bots can only post in the guestbook and the questions sections, and nowhere else on the site. (because you need to be registered to post in the other sections, and bots can't register)
And the contests is a trend, but that's not against the rules. (at least, as long as they don't advertise their contest in every fanart gallery...) If this annoys you, just ignore them.
