If you do, what type do you like? I much prefer the old 80's style with the Dead Kennedys, The Misfits, The Dead Boys, Black Flag, Agnostic Front, and of course, my pride and joy, The Ramones.
God bless you Joey, you left us far too soon.

I wasn't going to say anything, but since Hybrid Misfit started it, I'll say that I don't consider any of those bands, Linkin Park etc. to be punk rock. Now, that doesn't make them bad or infer that they don't have their own merits, they just aren't punk rock.

I enjoy bits here and there. Nothing beats a little Dead Kennedys or The Ramones on a sun shiny day. Some newer punk like The Living End never goes astray.
Even Ska if it's there

Yeah they were heavily influenced by punk but they are just grunge, no punk in their music at all, they have the stage aggression of a punk band but the music is just flat out grunge

Simple Plan and Punk should never be used in the same sentence unless that sentence is "Simple Plan Aint Punk"
Listen to em thats fine but remember pop is the order of the day when it comes to them
