Here she is, my first music vid. Tell me what you think(I take criticism VERY well  ) :

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kCiCPe8a_-w

Anyway, I was wondering how I could get the most out of video compression. What are the best settings to have it on in iMovie when you compress the file? I'm seeing a lot of pixelation in the finnished product on the web, even after compressing it in custom settings the second time(it got a LITTLE clearer, but not by much). What's the best way to keep the clips smooth? Or does it have something to do with my VEIWING it on this particular computer?

I'd appreciate ANY comments you might have; I keep myself current on a lot of the talented vid makers here, you guys are amazing :)

Not bad for a first one :3 And if you keep trying you can only do better. You synced movement pretty good and the expressions matched the words for the most part. I don't think it was the BEST song for Spirit, but it was still a good first video. I only suggest using a few transitions in your next video, and if you work on those enough sometimes you can even get those to sync with the music too ;)

Thanks a bunch Cat. When I go back and watch it over, I see what you mean about the transistions. They drive me crazy! I mean it looks like a certain spot is just begging for a transition when I'm making the thing but later on it looks like it really needed to go without and just clutters.

I tried my hand at an Oliver & Company vid, still not much better but I did manage to get my feet wet in a little lip syncing:

And my newest for Balto, which, honestly, I think didn't come out as well as "Song of the Heart" on the whole:

Tell me what you think, I really want to get better with this.
