Dusty's Heritage?

I was watching B3 recently and I noticed that Dusty howled alot during it. Also the fact that she looks alto like Alue, I thought maybe she was alittle bit more than 25% wolf. I thought she maybe was alittle more than that. Probably the creators made Dusty look like that or it was just the way they drew her but I think she looks more wolf then she is said to be. :wink:

I think she's all Husky. I mean, many people have said that they're sure she's part wolf, and yes - their theories make sense, but I think that it would have been mentioned in the movie if she really was part wolf.
I've only seen WoC once, and I can't remember a thing, but I'm sure all the dogs howl, not just Dusty? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes, she looks like Aleu. S'pose the dude who drew her ran out of ideas xD

Okay, it was just a thought. XD Oh and where I got the howling part from was where they saved balto the other dogs were barking while kodi was snuggling his dad and Dusty was the only one howling. :wink:

And she can't be husky. She is malamute xD

Mals can only have brown eyes - or so I've heard. I dunno, but a blue-eyed Mal would be hard to find, and Dusty has blue eyes. The artists were probably thinking "husky" when they drew her, and didn't know she looked slightly like a Malamute (I don't think she does :shock:

) . I think one of those fat dogs in B1 could be a Mal - but I like to believe they're all Huskies.

As if there haven't been enough topics about heritage... seriously, the main point is that if Dusty WAS part wolf she'd be like Balto, wouldn't she? An outcast.

Read my post again. I never said Mals can't have blue eyes, I said it would be uncommon. Get your facts straight before accusing me of saying things, please.

And yes, you make a point, if she was part wolf she would be an outcast.

OKay it's just a question. Maybe I didn't know alot about Dusty's breed. Yeah I know all dogs howl like Dakota said and that was the best answer that someone posted so, yeah. Now its answered so if no one can find use in it than you can leave the question alone. And Starsky I didn't know anyone made any other topics like this so if it's a dupe then tell me so I can get a mod to lock it. -_-

Oh, no, I mean people make topics saying "Kirby looks like a wolf" and "Ralph could be part wolf" a lot. They all have the same answer really. I wasn't trying to have a go at you or anything, just stating really.

i don't think she's half wolf or part wolf at that. although if she was it could have been one of her grandparents or great grandparents and that could be why they didn't say. but to be honest i don't think she is part wolf

besides, all the dogs are wolves anyway! they're descendants of wolves!
