I like Lion King one. The sequels just ruined it, though.

well after watching 1 1/2 it put me off The Lion King really i found it boring myself and reason between 1 and 2 is that both were interesting plot lines and not at any time did i feel bored really hard to explain my reason for 1 and 2 but still both are good as each other.

I like the first one better. The second one is a little to much on the famliy fight side.. and as others have said, I best like originals. The 3 one(1½) sucks. I have it on dvd, and when I watched it I was bored half to death!! :!:

That's also true. Theyare both good movies with great plotlines, but it's still a hard decision. I get it!

Lion King I for sure.
When I rewatched Lion King, I thought that the opening was absolutely brilliant; it was definitely one of the best introductory scenes of any Disney movie I have seen.
Even though the ending seemed kind of too fast for me, TLK is definitely one of my favorite movies ever.
Now, TLK2 seemed to me that it lacked some originality. It was Romeo and Juliet all over again lol, but that's besides the point (they could have made this movie great if they watned). If Disney wanted, they could have given this movie a bigger budget and primed it for theatrical release, but they didn't and as a result the storyline suffered, character development suffered, and so did the animation.

My vote would have to go to Lion King 1, because the story was awesome, the voices were awesome and the sound tracks and songs were fantastic. I thought the TLK2 was a little too predicatble for me and as for 1.5 i just reallly disliked the storyline and everything about it.
