I believe that Scar would be a good king, but i also think that Mufasa was a better thing because he kept things in order. Scar just layed back and enjoyed the show.

I thought this would be kind of easy to decide...i mean looking at the film...Scar kind of screwed up the pride lands.
Sarabi says: "There is nothing left, we must leave pride rock...Then you have sentenced us to death....if you were half the king Mufasa was....*gets hit by scar*"
lol Scar is abusive and all while Sarabi is saying this, he wouldn't leave even though everyone would starve, while he (the king) would probably be the last one surviving. As for Mufasa, what we've seen from the film shows that he's probably a better king.
