Was the Zookeeper careless? And did they really have to kill it? it bothers me :x

I don't agree with the jaguar being put to death because she or he was in a cage all day anyway so how would the jaguar harm anyone else if the zoo took higher precautions to care for her? :?

I agree, people ar FAR to willing to kill an animal that has killed hurt or even just growled at a human.
but when a human tortures an animal to death they barly get anything except maybe a few thousand dollars fine and 6 months in prison at the most

Poor jaguar. Of all big cats, those are my favorites. The zoo staff shouldn't kill they're own animals. What kind of freakish zoo is that?
