Note: I was not sure if I should post this in Fan art (in the contest topic) or the Fan Fic section. So I have posted it here, in Fan More. Forgive me if I placed it in the wrong place.

Wolf laid down on the coble stone by her doghouse, and Koyotee went over to Wolf’s bowl to eat his fill. Wolf yawned and looked up to see it was past Moonhigh.
Koyotee’s still here. This is good. Wolf said to herself. She looked over to Koyotee who was gulping down the other half of her food. After Koyotee had licked the bowl clean he padded over to Wolf and laid down behind her. He laid his head on her back with a yawn. Wolf laid her head on her paws and looked around. Wolf soon rolled onto her back and began snapping playfully at Koyotee’s chin. She then stopped and just licked his chin once, very slowly."
These are two passages from Out of the Darkness. Both concerning Koyotee leaving at Moonhigh. Does anyone know why he leaves at Moonhigh normally? He had done this sense Wolf had met him until the night Blue caught them together. Well, sense I don't seem to have the get-go, persay, to think of something myself, I thought I would leave it in the paws of you all!
Now, you have three options for this Contest. Here they are.
Option One: Draw a SceneYou must draw a scene of what Koyotee does, or
doesn't, do when he leaves Wolf... As a reason why he must leave. You can choose anything,
anything, as your choice. Does Koyotee have another secret life away from Wolf? Well, I want you to draw it out!.. And write a '
short' description about it. Make sure you explain everything that is needed to be explained though. It will not be judged by how
well its draw, but the creativity of it. Wether its digital or traditional does not matter. Also, please make it a 'scene'. With a backround and such. It does not need to be coloured, but sometimes its easier to tell what something is if its coloured. ;]
You may post this on Fanart sites (e.g. deviantART, BaltoSource, ect) as long as you put the proper copyrights to me. (e.g.
Wolf & Koyotee © mayahuskee [Maya Huskee Productions]).
Option Two: Write a Short StoryWrite a short story of right after this paragraph:

‘Okay. Okay. Pretty Wolf stay with beast. But Pretty Wolf just howl and Koyotee come. Pretty Wolf call for Koyotee again?’
‘Yes… but I never…’ Before Wolf could finish talking, Koyotee had disappeared. ‘Koyotee?’ Wolf whined, looking around. But there was no sign of Koyotee. Wolf signed and walked slowly back to her doghouse. Then moon had just passed its highest point. Wolf laid down and closed her eyes sleepy. With a yawn and a smile, Wolf closed her eyes trying to sleep again.
Please add this to the beginning of your short story, in
bold print to clairify it is not yours, but mine. Then have the rest of the story in print below it.
This story may be no shorter than
five actual paragraphs and may be as long as you wish. But please remember, you do not have forever to write this - thus why it is a short story. As in Option one, this may be whatever you want it to be. Its up to you to decide. ;].. Also remember to be descriptive, especially if you are introducing a new character. At the deadline, if you are not finished with your 'little' story, please send it in anyways! Just let me know. After the contest, if you wish to keep writing, you may! ;]
These short stories
may be sent into places that allow fanfics. But
only if the proper copyrights to ME are put there, (e.g. "Parts in
bold where written by MayaHuskee, Wolf & Koyotee © mayahuskee [Maya Huskee Productions]").
Option Three: Make a scene with a Short Story
This is a little different than the other two. You will draw a scene, like before, and then write a short story to go along with it. But now, your picture does not need a little description. Simply the story to match. This, I will only require the minimum of
four acual paragraphs, as long as they are good and descriptive.
You may post these both on BaltoSource, deviantART, ect with proper copyrights, as stated above. Please go back and look over the first two options if doing this option.

not be used as what Koyotee
actually does when he leaves Wolf at Moonhigh, or why. ;]

You will have three weeks to work on this. This means you have until
March, 31st, 2007 to send in your submissions. If you send in your submissions before that time, I should evaluate them quickly to tell you if you need to do anything to fix them (but I don't think this will be nessicary). If you send it in at the last moment, chances are you could be disqualified for not following the rules. (And if you do a good enough job at not following them, I will disquailify you even if you sent it in early, and will not be allowed to send in another entry.)
Also, you are allowed
one entry. No more than so.
