I want to make a fursona RP. But, I have questions:

- What RP board should be the best for a fursona RP?

- How do I start a good RP which will last long?

- And, could someone show me the pack ranks in order? (From Alpha to what?)

First of all, it depends. Do you want anthro (half human half animal) fursonas, wolf or lion fursonas or other fursonas? The anthros, wolves and lions would go on the 'Balto/TLK Roleplaying' section, but any other things (human fursonas etc.) would go in the 'Other Roleplaying' section.

Second is easy, just make a good plot, PM some good RPers to join, post more then one line and add alot of twists throughout the story.. (Eg. A bear pops out of nowhere and attacks somebody)

Although there's no right or wrong way for rankings. Some may only want one alpha, or no other pack members. You can change it up a bit if you like.

I'll probably join your RP if it's about wolves, but not anthros since I'm not good at RPing them.

That depends. The Balto/TLK Role play board is, as the name suggests, for role plays that are or are related to Balto or The Lion King. I believe if your RP is about dog, wolves, lions, etc., then it could go there. If you're not sure then you wouldn't go wrong if you posted in the Other Role play Board.



This is where it could get tough.
You'll want to have a well though out, detailed, and entertaining plot, that's for sure.

I've always considered a wolf pack to having four ranks: Alpha, Beta, Omega, and Pup.

Normally, Alphas are always a pair; Alpha male and Alpha female. Though these two have authority over all the other wolves, the Alpha male is responsible for the other males and the Alpha female is responsible for the other females. The Alpha pair are the only ones that have pups and are the first ones to have their fill when game is caught and brought down.

The omega wolf (or wolves) is the lowest rank in the pack. Normally taking on the job as babysitter (pup-sitter) when pups are present. Omegas are always the last ones to eat from a kill. Even Beta wolves boss him around.

Beta wolves are the wolves between Alpha and Omega.

Pups are, well, puppies. Their parents are almost always the Alpha pair. Everyone in the pack love puppies (that can differ) and everyones will do their part in raising them. Puppies of one litter tend to have ranks among themselves (Alpha pup, Beta pup(s), Omega pup).

One thing that I've learned, is that roleplays don't last very long, so don't get too too attached, but hey, good luck.
