why only aleu

i have all ways wondered why aleu was the only wolf look a like in the litter

you think that at least some of other pups would look a bit wolf, but then again i think kodi has wolf featues.

I think it's simply a shortcut for the drawers, to make the things easier. It would have been harder if each pup would have been each one different, instead of being clones. They are usually doing this in animated movies (for example, Lady and the tramp, and its sequel I believe)

Yeah I've noticed that too. I agree with you steet on that one. It's much easier if they all look alike.

Well, if there were two pups that looked like wolves then it might have thrown the story off a little. You know the traditional I'm different from anyone else I just wanna be normal kinda thing it's the oldest story in the book just look at "The Ugly Duckling" it's almost the same....

Yes, and if they had different colors, the children would have been confused; the focus had to be done on Aleu. They still have some differences between them if you look closely, though.

Yeah . . . I have a pic to prove it (I think Steet knows the picture)!

In the adoption scene when the pups sit up as the humans are looking at them, note that there are three pups with Jenna's face markings. However, there should be two left in the box (Dingo was one of them; trust me, I've watched that scene so many times already!) and the one with the red blaze down its nose was gone.

Yeah, the animators messed the whole scene up with that mix-up. :evil:

They just don't really care for the other pups; the focus was to be on Aleu, and that was the only important thing to them. They couldn't think there would be fans to criticize a thing like that...Most people won't notice or care much for that, I think.

I think that is only for the story ! :lol:

It must be a Balto's baby who is like him .And only one ! Because they can't do a film over all the Balto's baby,so one of them must be different .

And of course, Aleu fits the part.
- She looks like a wolf (like Balto)
- She's 25% wolf (part-wolf)
- Personality wise, she is not like Balto IMO.
