My guess is that Hollow has been banned and would like access to the fanart system despite that ban. Other than that, I couldn't make any sense of this topic myself.

If you are ban you cannot upload art. I am sorry we cannot bend these rules for one person that would simply be unfair to the others.

its not are fault you got banned. And nobodys dising you there just telling you the straight up truth. If you already pmed a mod then i guess they are not going to unbann you. So your just going to have to wait like everybody else did when they where banned.
