Hmm, not sure if there's a topic on this already. I looked but didn't see any so i just assumed there wasn't. Anyway, i recently read this book. It was the book of the month for the book club.

Without a doubt, i loved it. It was a little strange at the beginning but as the pages went on it got alot better. For those that havn't read it but are looking for a good read, its about these kids called Demigods. Half gods. Meaning, one of thier parents, mother or father, is a god. Like Athena, Poseidon, or Ares. You know, ther greek gods in mythology.

Anyway, the main character, Percy Jackson, is blamed for stealing Zeus's master bolt so he has to return it to Zeus by the summer solstice. But the thing is, he didn't steal it. So he has to find it and return it in the limited time he has.

It's realy easy to understand and you can even learn a few things about mythology. For anyone who wants to look it up at the library, the author is Rick Riordan.
