I need a new fanfic idea

Can some one help me come up with a great story that deals with the characters that i like? My favorite pairings are;
Kodi/Dusty
Jenna/Steele
Kodi/ ?

Oh dear god, don't add another Kodi+Dusty or Jenna+Steele fic to the list XD Match Kodi up with someone new. Like a sleddog from another team or something. Or make him even fall in love with a human (not in a dirty way, ew), I think that'd be nifty :p

Why not Steele and Dusty? I don't think that one has been done umpteen times already. Of course, CWH14T's idea about the falling in love with a human (but not in a dirty way) would certainly be an interesting story. I bet there'd be room for all kinds of weird personal issues to deal with there. If you don't write it, I'd be interested to see someone write it.

How about Dusty and Boris? Yes, that's right, I said it. Boris, the Russian Snow Goose. Some interspecies stuff might be quirky and I don't think it's been done before. Plus, Boris never gets any love. How is that fair?

hhm, well i gotta figure someting out. I don't think that dusty and Steele will go well together but putting Niju and Aleu may be hard since they really don't like each other but anything can happen in fanfiction right?

There have been a lot of love fanfics lately, why not try something adventerous? (sp?) Maybe like a sled team gets stuck in the woods, and they have a choice of joining a wolf pack, or trying to find their way home again? Just a suggestion.

Hmm, I've noticed that the only suggestions so far have been about some kind of relationship. Why not writing one with a major conflict more serious that having trouble working up the gut to ask a dog out?

For example: Say a character, Maybe Jenna, goes missing. With no idea where she could be, Balto sets out to find her. Weather she's been kidnapped or just gotten lost or whatever is your decision.
