Do you have ms Paint? Ms paint is the easiest to use to resize. Open the pic into the program then go to 'image' then 'sketch/scew' There will be two sections after you open this window. Don't touch the bottom one where it says 'scew' use the top two where it says 'sketch'. Now put in the percent you want to resize it to (Ex:50 percent in each box will evenly resize it to half the original.) The lower the percentage, the smaller the image will become. If you don't want to resize it much, either go by tens, and go to undo when you want to retry it, or use 50, if 50 being too much then just 'undo' it and use a higher number for the resize percentage. Be sure to put the same percent in BOTH boxes or it'll come out crooked.

Hope that helps. ;)
