Very good better then i could do i cant draw any human related figures. Anyway try shading the clothes to make more body movement.

Shading and Movement are not related in this way. Unless you are shading movement as in painting blurs it is almost completely unrelated. Shading's main purpose is to make the form of something look 3-dimensional;Depth...
As for your anthro Balto Sis, it is a nice attempt for a first time anthro! Depending on what style you want it will vary the type of anatomy you will need. Immediately these things come to my attention on your anthro.
* Shoulders and clavicle area (neck bone) Need to be more structural and define, the neck comes in a slanted angle and does not attach vertically to the body.
*Waist/Hip transition can use some work, you cannot really tell is is a waste.
*arms need more muscles or mass, even a female character has all the muscles of a male character just less defined, but not non-existent.
*Legs are odd, the hip although smaller than the butt does not become that narrow that abruptly.
* finger bends in an odd way and is larger than all other fingers.
Sorry if this is alot, XD but from my formal art training we are made to pick these things out, and I hope this helps, I do not often comment here.
Wish you luck on your art ventures!
