I like it when werewolves turn into full wolves. I think the ones that are half wolf half human in the horror movies look silly. Besides, they are usually computer Generated. I think the were wolves which turn into true wolves makes me want to see blood and chocolate.

Interesting topic. I like all the different types of werewolves. The movie... I can't remember the name... maybe you know it.. the Lycans(i think thats how you spell it...) weakness is silver so the vampires use silver bullets... but yeah.. I like those ones. Gosh, I'm just rambling now...

That's Underworld from 2003.
Salene, vampire, was able to take back a magazine of bullets filled with, what I believe was, holy water (think the movie said it was daylight harnessed as a weapon) from the Lycans during a shoot out. Kahn, a weapons expert, had copied the bullets and invented his own with liquid silver inside to replace the solid ones that they were using against the lycans.
Lycan came from the word lycanthrope and is spelled L-Y-C-A-N.
(Sorry... I just felt like being smart)

Lycans are awesome. I really do love them. I am just amazed at how they are. And yes, they are inturpted in many ways. I have never heard of the human body staying the same, and just the head changing.
My most favorite kind of werewolf, which would have been the last choice, is feral werewolves.
I love how dangerous werewolves are. They are animal, but with an advantage. They have what only humans can have. They now have imagination. Wolves do not have the need to image, because they live from experiance. Werewolves now can imagine things, like humans. So now not only being the intelligent wolves that they are, they can comprehend things they could not before, making them extremely dangerous. This enchants me so.
I haven't had the chance to see Blood & Chocolate (but I want to), but i had seen the comercials. I was actually enchanted by the fact of how they would leap into the air in a white light and when they hit the ground they were wolves.

The book had the same scene, just, without the light. What I love about the werewolves in Blood and Chocolate is that they are the only ones who seem to be able to change the speed of their transformation.

Stone Paw wrote: Anyways, yes Were wolves are used to show many different life conflicts. Whether it be internal rage (Like in the Movie "Wolf" with Jack Nicholsan, when his character kills as a werewolf when he finds his wife is having an affair) or Puberty ( American Were wolf in Paris and Ginger Snaps) or pretty much anything humans deal with. How about what werewolves deal with?
I like the whole balance between two worlds idea, like in Blood and Chocolate. I also favor the survival idea that I'm using in Knights of the Moon.
