Hmm... that is an interesting question - specially because I'm at an age in which the direction of my professional career has already been decided.

As a kid I always wanted to become engine driver, as I love anything railroad-related. However... when I was 21, I graduated as swiss watchmaker :P and now I'm studying deeper into that matter (final exams next month, oi).

Although I was always highly interested in natural sciences (specially the study of animalia, which is one of my main hobbies), I was never having the "dream" of doing anything out of that field, or that I'd ever do any of the "amazing" things I do or did do voluntarily these years: fossil preparation, working with big cats, animal conservation... well... I believe the reason for this is that we don't really know ourselves before our 20ies. There are so many things that change in our life, when we get out of school... so many capabilities and talents hidden in everyone of us... that really only a few people will ever follow their childhood dream.

I changed it. To be in a country act and break out in Nashville, Music City. With practice, I know it will happen!

I saw him in London once, getting buried in paparazzi. ^^

Hmmm mine would probably become an A- List celebrity, but I doubt that would happen. XD
