You notice how we get these mass questions that say the SAME thing OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER again..? Well, its getting rather ANNOYING.

There is a search button for a reason. But no one seems to use it. So, I was sitting here thinking what could we do to HELP prevent the mass people who obviously have eyesight issues...?

Well, maybe if it didn't go to the actual page to sumbit the question first, and went to the search engine forcing them to search before they can actually put up a question. I know this wouldn't stop them from not actually searching, but it would force them to do so.

I know this would take more time out of Steet's schedule to do this.. But it would help everyone a LOT. Because it gets REALLY fustrating to read over and over the same stupid questions that really aren't that hard to figure out if you try.

So, this is my suggestion. What is everyones thoughts?

Sure, they are there. But do you think the people here notice? Maybe they do. Maybe they dont. Most of them DONT CARE as long as THEY can complain about something. Thats all they want. To be the one to complain about something moderatly easy if they TRIED.

You think I am stupid or something? I suggest this for my own fun and games?... You CAN do more to prevent it, Togo. You can make it so they HAVE to search before they use it. Because IF you haven't noticed, that there are TONS of useless questions that take up space that could be used for better things.

i agree nowadays almost all the members here just go against about every suggestion without really giving it good thought.(not trying to put you on the spot togo ^__^;;)I see what you meant about getting annoyed with this site almost every day now. People just aren't their fun selves anymore. Its like the Balto Source members just don't even wanna try to make this site better despite what they have said.Saying,"Oh ya that annoys me too." yet they do it! T___T Just another big flaw of this site.Its not just this site though. Its the world anymore. I swear. ((Sorry for gettin bit off topic)) but I really do think you have a good idea there....because nobody likes clones of anything.

This was not a question. A suggestion, yes. To make it harder for them to get around searching for a question. Yes, you will still have the duplicates, but trying to make this site better isn't a crime.

Well...Is it really a problem? I mean, you don't have to answer them if you don't want to. Because I have seen you answering an impressive number of questions, and that's a good thing. But you can let other people answer the questions you're tired to answer because you already did a while ago.

I'm thinking of a solution though. Maybe I could add an option so that the questions mods could link a question to another. This way, a question that has already been answered would get the same replies automatically. This would mean more work for the questions mods though, because they would need to make a search themselves to find the similar previous questions.

If you need help, I would help out? I really dont have anything better to do, and get rather bored during the day. I can go through questions and find them and link them and stuff. I find that to be a good idea.

And I answer the questions to help people, even though I am not a question moderator, and I try to put a GOOD answer. Sometimes I am not that efficiant though. But I still enjoy taking time that I would spend being bored and put it to good use. XP
