This question just came to me: Why do we always have to uncheck the "attach signature" checkbox for every last post we do in the role play section?

Could this be changed so that we only have to uncheck the box once and not have to worry about it for future posts in the topic (much like the "Notify me when a reply is posted" box in which you check it once and it remains checked for the rest of the topic).

I don't think Steet can do that. Its not THAT much trouble to remember to turn it off. And if you do, you can just go back and edit it so its off.

True enough but it's still horribly annoying.
I'm also not talking just about myself as I'm pretty sure that there are people who would rather do it once for a topic and not have to worry about it again.

I understand that this is a very minor issue that I brought up but I think it would seem reasonable to do so.

It does seem possible, however. As stated, the system I'm talking about is already applied to the "Notify me when a reply is posted" box so I'm sure a similar code could be used for the signatures.

But I didn't make the forums code. To be able to add something like this, I would need to study it first, and it could be very long.
But, is it so much trouble to keep the signatures even in the roleplay section? After all, they are only 200 pixels in height.

I guess it really isn't any trouble but I didn't make the rule. Then again, the reason for the rule does make sense, especially for the more detailed and driving role plays.

I find it annoying to have the sigs on in roleplay. It ruins my mood.

And alot of sigs are much bigger than that. :? People don't really follow the rules. And then of course the ones who DO on this issue get PM's about how their siggy is to big or something.

People don't follow the 'no animated avvies or siggys' either. I have seen many of them. And its annoying to have to report them, because the mods should notice these things. I mean, I know they have BETTER things to do, but still.
