summary: This is a story about Kodi, meeting a new wolf that has been chased by a pack of angrey street huskies out of Nome.

PROLOGUE:

It's now the year of 1929, as Kodi (Kodiack)....is now hanging out of Kirby, Dusty, & Ralph. As Kodi was hanging out with his pals, he all of a sudden hears a yelp of pain...from a dog somewhere near him. Kodi suddenly seperates from his pals to go over to help whoever needed help. When Kodi reached their...he sees three dogs (Kaltag, Star, & Nikki) making fun of a beautiful brownish/red, female wolf!

"STOP IT!" Kodi growls as he jumps right infront of her as the female wolf's tail in between her legs with fear as her green eyes grew wide with worry as she sees Kodi protecting her. Kodi barks again, then snarls as he furiously throws his foaming mouth (trying to scare them). It didnt work.

Kodi leaps onto Kaltag, lands on his back as he pins him too the ground as he bite his ear! Kaltag yelps in pain as Nikki pushes Kodi off of him, then corners him as the frightened wolf female saw all three dogs, trying to gain up on them!

Chapter one:Too the Rescue!


Kodi is still being cornered by nikki, kaltag and Star, as howls for help! But on the outside of the town of Nome, Balto hears his sons cries of help from his broken, rotting down boat near the ocean shore. Balto's ears pirk up from hearing Kodi's howls as his eyes suddenly snaps open. He quickly gets up onto his feet...then starts to run.

"Balto! Where are you going!?" Boris shouted after him as Balto replies "I'm gonna save my son!" Before he left for good. All Boris ever did was just too watch his adopted son rush on over to Nome. As Balto reaches the inside streets of Nome, Balto smells Kodi's sent in an alley way as he fallows it. As he almost reaches towards the end of the alleyway....he sees three fimiliar huskies, (along with his own son), with a scared, female wolf!

Balto silently creeps up behind Kaltag, Nikki and Star as he jumps onto them using his mighty, big paws...as he swipes Nikki and Kaltag on the face. Nikki and Kaltag both almost fell over onto their side as the sharp claws have hit them hard in the face! Star panicked (since he's scrawny and weak), had left for hom!

"B-Balto!" Kaltag stuttered as he gets up along with his pal, Nikki. "DON'T YOU EVER MESS WITH MY SON AGIAN!" Balto bellows as Nikki and Kaltag got scared as their cheeks still blead from his claws. Kaltag and Nikki both scurrired away home as Balto snarls at them threateningly!

"Way to go DAD!" Kodi says as he rushes over to his father as they nuzzle each other. "Why were they trying to pick a fight with you son?" Balto asked as Kodi looks into his orange eyes...then to Akeita. "Were you protecting a friend?" Balto asked as Kodi shock his head "yes" too him.

Kodi offers Akeita a paw as she was too scared to do so. "I wont hurt you. I promise!" Kodi says softly as she starts to calm down and takes his paw. Although Kodi didnt get hurt, Akeita did. She was cut and brusied amost all over her body.

End of Chapter one

Hmmmm....I like the first chapter! Keep on writting, i want to read some more!

Chapter three: Who are you?

Akeita(now bleeding from the cut on her cheek to the one on her leg), just now fainted from losing some of her blood! Kodi luckily cathes her on his back as Balto looks relieaved! "Nice, catch son!" Balto says as he hears some more paws pounding the snow as he looks behind his son, Kodiack. "W-What's wrong, Ko______!" Kirby asks as he comes to a stop, just before hitting the back of Kodi's butt.

Kodi quickly but carefully turns around to face Kirby, as he began to talk. "This is a friend in need! We gotta help her, FAST!" Kodi barks out orders as Kirby and Ralph look at each other as they both noded their heads in agreement as they took him and Balto to the boiler room where Jenna and Balto had their very first date!

As Kodi reaches the wooden door of the boiler room, he usees his big, wolf paw to open it, then walks in too see Dusty face to face, with her! "What happened!?" Dusty asked as Kodi gently lays Akeita onto the wooden floor (right beside her). "Poor thing!" Ralph says as Akeita's eyes starts to flutter weakly open to see Balto, Ralph, Kirby, Dusty, and Kodi all standing right infront of her.

"W-Where, am I!?" Akeita asked as her deep, green eyes looks up into Kodi's orange eyes! Then all of a sudden, Akeita has gotten up so fast, their heads would spin! All in fright! "Wow!Wow! Calm yourself Down!" Kodi says softly as he nuzzles her up a little bit as it works on calmign her down. "Tell me, what is your name?" Kodi asks as he licks the wound on her right brownish/red colored cheek of hers as tears starts streaming down her eyes. "M-My name is A-Akeita.I am a wolf..."
