Well, hate to tell you, but style is always in constant-change mode lol Sorry to say, but its true that poractice makes perfect and if you don't live by it, you're never gonna get this "art thing." Art is all about risk-taking. All you really have to do is pay attention to what you're drawing and not say its finished once you've connect every line. You need to go back and correct work. You can't just draw something, say it sucks, then start on another one, you can't improve that way. As for making a character look more feminine; Adding longer eyelashes helps and making her body build petite helps too.
