Wow, that's really high! I bought my Balto plush for $45, $50 if you include shipping. But, oh man, $130 + S&H, that's really insane! I can understand if lots of people bid on it and it went up to that, but that's Buy Now! Jeez... The second one is a few dollars more than what I paid, but I think that $30-50 is a good starting price range that's suitable. Anything above it is just mad.

Errr..It's a rare item. Perhaps if there were more of these things on the market, your agruements would be more valid....

Well, I bought my Balto for like $60. I get paid $100 in a few weeks, but I wouldn't spend my money on... a stuffed animal. A toy. Something I don't even need.
If I had alot of money, and was a spoiled rich person, then sure - But no, I am not.

Yes, they are becoming rarer and rarer therefore more expensive. Those prices are pretty ridiculous though.

I paid about $24 for my sitting Balto and about $45 for my Jenna. Now, you can expect to pay about $50 for Balto and as much as $150 for a Jenna.

It's just crazed fans and people with more money than sense that make the prices so high. In all honesty, they're just stuffed toys. Do we really need them?

They are expensive because they're rare.
And people know that anyone would be such a fool and buy an expensive merchandise because of it's rare. And it's good to keep something like that ;Owning.

o_0 I wouldn't pay $100+ for ANY stuffed animal, not even a Scarface one. (I have everything Scarface.. I'm obsessed with it) Even if it was that rare, I'll have it for a while, it will get fur on it from my cats and dog, my dog will chew on it, my mom will wash it, the stuffing inside of it will get all hard and I'll just end up throwing it out like all my stuffed animals. XD
