I just saw this movie tonight with my parents... wow... it's done very well, very moving to say the least... It's about Gandhi and how he, through nonviolent protest and disobedience, got the British to release it's colonial hold on India. Has anyone else seen this? If you have, what are your thoughts?

Yeah, I saw it for a class I took a couple of years ago. Ghandi, the master of the spoiled child method of resistance. "If you all don't get along, I'll hold my breath and not eat until you do!" Maybe if he'd thrown himself on the ground, kicking and screaming, the British would have left a couple of years earlier.
Obviously, I'm kidding. I kid because I love. Ghandi was a great man and I think leaders today could learn alot from him.
